Registering

We are currently working on this feature. If you would like to register for an account on the platform please email support@vaarst.com with the following information: 

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your organisation

We will respond to your request accordingly.

Logging On

To login to the platform you must

  1. Navigate to the URL: https://platform.vaarst.com/login
  2. You will be presented with the following screen
  3. Type in your username (this will likely be your email address) in the Username box
  4. Type in your password in the Password box
  5. Click 'Log In' and the system should log you in
  6. Once logged in you should be presented with the map view

Logging Off

To log off the platform you must

  1. Click on your avatar badge on the right hand side of the banner
  2. You will be presented with a dropdown menu
  3. Click on 'Logout'
  4. You will be logged out and taken back to the login page

Resetting your password

You can reset your password without needing to login if you have forgotten your password and need to set a new one

  1. Navigate to the URL: https://platform.vaarst.com/login
  2. You will be presented with the following screen
  3. Click on the 'Click here' hyperlink
  4. You will be presented with this screen
  5. Click on the 'Email me a recovery link' button 
  6. You will be presented with this screen 
  7. You will receive an email from Vaarst Support (support@vaarst.com) containing the following text
  8. If you don't receive an email, you may need to: 
    1. Check your junk folder
    2. Try again with your email in lower case or capitalised (it is case-sensitive)
  9. When you click on the hyperlink in the email you will be presented with the following screen 
  10. Choose a new password and follow the guidance for suitable passwords, type the password into both boxes 'New Password' and 'Re-enter You New Password'. Then click the 'Change Password' button
  11. You will be presented with a success screen when your password has been reset successfully

Changing your password

If you have not forgot your password but would like to change it once logged in you can by

  1. Click on your avatar badge on the right hand side of the banner
  2. You will be presented with a dropdown menu
  3. Click on the 'My Account' link
  4. You will be presented with the following screen
  5. Type in your current password in the 'Current Password' box
  6. Type in your new password in the 'New Password' box
  7. Click the 'Submit' button
  8. You will see a success message when your password is changed
